Returns & Refund Policy

At Preart, we want you to be satisfied with every wall art purchase. If you are not completely happy, eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and remain in their original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and hanging hardware.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

  • Not be customized beyond the standard options shown on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any item back, you must contact us at contact@preart.shop to request approval. Once we review and accept your request, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label.

  • Clear packing instructions to help protect the item in transit.

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be displayed clearly on the outside of the return package.

Returns shipped without prior authorization or without the RA# may not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you receive:

  • A damaged item (for example, issues with the frame, print, or packaging).

  • The wrong size, design, or color.

  • Missing components, including mounting or hanging hardware.

We will review your case and work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products, including those with added text, images, or special design changes.

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non‑returnable.

  • Products that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, first follow the return process for the original product. You can then place a new order for the replacement item you want. Once your return has been approved and processed, any applicable credit or refund can be used toward your new purchase via your original payment method.

Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected—typically within 3–5 business days—we will notify you of whether the return is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds to your account.
